Daily morning meetings are conducted in which every shop’s production and quality representative , Production manager , Quality Manager , Design Manager and Supply Chain representatives are present and daily production targets and issues ( if any ) to achieve the targets are discussed.
Further there are department wise daily meetings in which micro level points are discussed so that the macro level goals are achieved.
SPPL has all the facilities from designing , CNC Turret Programming & Punching , Press & Bending , Fabrication , Pretreatment , Powdercoating and Assembly under one roof with no need for any outsourced process.
A CRCA Sheet that enters the factory , leaves the factory as a packed MCB Distribution box which goes directly to customer’s distribution centers.
