SPPL has 2 camel back gas fired conveyorised powdercoating plants with controls for Temperature of oven and speed of conveyor with Buzzers to sound if required temperature is not achieved.
Quality Tests like flexibility bend test , cross cut adhesion test , scratch hardness test , tubular impact test , Dry film thickness test are conducted as many times the powder is changed in a day.
In house Salt spray chamber assures us of quality of coating of plated and powdercoated parts.
