SPPL’s pretreatment facility consists of 13 tank Tri Cationic process ( As against conventional 7 tank process ).Baths like degreasing and water rinses are twice as compared to 7 tank process.
Zinc , Manganese and Nickel are the three cations used.
All required chemical tests are conducted in an attached laboratory
A dryer at the end ensures all water is dried before powdercoating process.
An online Oil Separator ensures oil is continuously removed from degreasing bath and an online phospate sludge remover ensures produced sludge from phospating bath is immediately removed.
All tanks have temperature sensors , timers and buzzers.
SPPL has its own De Ionising water plant ( which is superior than De Mineralised water ) for Pretreatment bath and discarded bath is treated by an Effluent Treatment Plant.
The discarded water of DI Water plant is used for washrooms.
